SoonerCare Income Guidelines
Are you eligible for soonercare?
The SoonerCare income guidelines below are for most Oklahomans who qualify for SoonerCare based on income levels for their household size. If you are 65 or older, blind, disabled by Social Security, or receiving SSI, apply for Medicaid at OKDHSLive.org.

Are you losing SoonerCare?
If you are losing SoonerCare because your income is higher, you are likely eligible for your employer health plan or Marketplace health plans with discounts (when there is no employer plan or the employer plan costs too much).

Pregnancy
You qualify for the Pregnancy Full-Scope Coverage Plan, or for non-citizens the Soon-to-be-Sooners (STBS) Limited Scope Pregnancy Plan, if your income is under the guidelines shown below. Unborn children are counted in household size.
Example: A single person plus an unborn child equals a household size of 2.

Pregnancy Plan: Things to Know
- Automatic 12-month extension of SoonerCare after pregnancy ends, even if miscarriage or other end of pregnancy. The 12-month extension continues even if income goes up above eligibility guidelines. For non-citizens, the Soon-to-be-Sooner (STBS) plan does not have a 12-month extension.
- Pregnant persons can answer “no” to questions on “cooperating with child support” or “name of other parent” and still be approved for SoonerCare during pregnancy coverage or for the 12-month extension after pregnancy ends.
- Higher incomes may be eligible for low-cost Marketplace plans. Click HERE or call (833) 465-7526 to learn more.
